Public Offer Agreement

This document constitutes a public offer in accordance with Article 435 and Paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and is addressed to individuals.

Seller: Individual Entrepreneur Maksim Alexandrovich Goldenberg, operating the e-commerce platform at www.atelier16.com.

Buyer: any individual using the Website to purchase products.

1. General Provisions

1. This constitutes a public offer in accordance with Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

2. Subject of the Offer

4. Order Processing

3. Prepaid canceled orders receive refunds via the original payment method.

5. Delivery

1. Products are delivered within the agreed timeframe to the address specified by the Buyer.
2. Risk transfers to the Buyer upon order transfer to the courier service.

6. Payment

1. Prices display in rubles, euros, and Armenian drams based on region.
2. The Seller may modify prices unilaterally without affecting existing orders.
3. Electronic receipts accompany online payments per Federal Law No. 54-FZ.

7. Returns and Exchanges

1. Details appear in the Returns and Exchanges section on the Website.
2. Refunds use the original payment method.
3. Buyers may cancel orders before delivery service transfer.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

2. The Seller commits not to disclose Buyer data to third parties except as legally required.

9. Liability

1. The Seller disclaims responsibility for damages from improper product use or third-party courier actions.
